Registration

Registration is now closed: please contact icalppodcspaa2026@rhul.ac.uk if you need to attend. We cannot make any guarantees at this stage, but will see what we can do.

There are several registration options: any of the options will allow you to attend any session for any of the conferences or workshops during the specified dates. E.g. a 5-day SPAA registration allows attendance of ICALP sessions, and a 4-day ICALP registration allows attendance of SPAA Friday workshops.

If you are presenting a paper, you should choose a package for the conference/workshop where your paper was accepted. If you have papers in multiple conferences, select one of them and you will be able to indicate the other conferences on the checkout form.

Please note that accommodation is booked separately to the conference/workshop attendance. Please use the link below. Accommodation dates can be adjusted at the top of the page below using the date fields in the orange search bar.

Please also note that the ACM Member price below applies only to PODC/SPAA (3-day or 5-day) registration.
